2016/679, informs its customers, who are data subjects according to data protection legislation, about the processing of their Personal Data.

In connection with the conclusion of a contract (hereinafter referred to as “Contract”) between the Seller and another natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as “Buyer”) through means of distance communication, specifically on the Seller’s platform operated on the website https://www.jlrent.cz through a web interface for the purpose of purchasing the offered goods and services, personal data (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Data”) are processed.
The data is processed under the same conditions in the event that the conclusion of the contract is agreed by means of an e-mail communication based on the buyer’s request, or by an agreement agreed on the basis of the buyer’s request via a web form or via the WhatsApp Messenger multiplatform application.

Scope of processing of personal data
When working with you on the basis of a Contract concluded on the basis of an Order on the website https://www.jlrent.cz/, we process the following Personal Data that you have provided about yourself:
– first and last name, incl.
name, surname, first name and last name (if applicable)
– billing or delivery address, permanent address and, if applicable, the address of your home or other place of residence
– telephone and e-mail contact
– in the case of a non-cash payment option, the bank account identification or similar payment details,
– the information you provide about yourself when communicating with the counselling service listed on the Website
Your above personal data to the extent necessary for the purpose of:
1. conclusion of the Contract and its performance,
2. fulfillment of the Seller’s legal obligations established by legal regulations or administrative acts of public authorities (e.g. issuing tax documents, bookkeeping, etc.),
3. the exercise of the Seller’s legitimate interests, which include, for example, the storage of personal data for any claims of the Seller or the Buyer in connection with the concluded purchase contract, the maintenance of statistical reports and an internal database for marketing and related analytical-marketing purposes consisting in the collection of information on orders and customer preferences and their evaluation for subsequent marketing, remarketing or related measures such as e.g.
addressing and sending commercial and advertising messages.
The buyer has the possibility to refuse the sending of commercial communications (newsletter) at any time free of charge by means of a link in the commercial communication or by sending a request to the contact listed in each commercial communication.
To the extent necessary, the Seller may transfer the Personal Data provided to entities cooperating with the Controller to fulfil or fulfill the aforementioned purposes of processing, such as providers of accounting, legal, professional technical, payment, marketing or administrative services, as well as carriers of Goods and public authorities, if provided for by a valid and effective legal regulation or an enforceable decision or other administrative act of a public authority.
Period of processing of personal data
Personal data will be processed by the Seller for the period of time during which it provides services or performs under a mutual contract to the Buyer or for the period of time necessary to fulfil archiving obligations under applicable legislation, such as the Accounting Act, the Archives and Records Act or the Value Added Tax Act
The right of access to personal data, which means that he or she may at any time request confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed and, if so, for what purposes, to what extent, to whom they are disclosed, for how long they will be processed, whether he or she has the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or to object, where the personal data were obtained from, and whether or not automated decision-making, including possible profiling, is taking place on the basis of the processing of personal data.
He or she also has the right to obtain a copy of his or her personal data, the first provision of which is free of charge, and further provision of which may be subject to a reasonable charge for administrative costs.
In the event of unlawful processing of personal data, the buyer is entitled to file a complaint against such a procedure with the Office for Personal Data Protection or another competent public authority.
You also have the possibility to object to the processing of your personal data to the Seller in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR.
